JILLI + JAKE

Jilli and Jake’s wedding was a modern, residentially inspired celebration with a rich, textural palette of ebony, charcoal, oatmeal, and crisp white. Their ceremony took place beneath a dramatic oversized fig tree, where a peaked chuppah draped in soft white linen set an elegant tone. Oversized ebony pottery filled with olive branches flanked the space, while a black sphere chandelier cast a warm glow. Guests were welcomed with champagne as they took their seats along a white carpet runner lined with ebony wooden chairs. Bridesmaids carried monochromatic white bouquets, and flower girls scattered olive leaves from black baskets. A string trio enhanced the ambiance, leading up to an energetic recessional that signaled the start of the celebration.

As the sun set, guests moved to the Sunset Terrace and poolside garden for craft cocktails—like the Mossarita and Dirty Mosstini—served at a sleek bar. Live music set the mood while guests mingled in luxe lounge settings, taking in the oceanside views. In the ballroom, a dramatic transformation awaited with candlelit tablescapes featuring a mix of black, wooden, and linen-covered tables adorned with textured pottery, soft florals, and lush greenery. A custom wood-faced stage, flanked by olive trees, hosted the band, while a slatted wooden DJ booth set the scene for an energetic late-night dance party. A three-tiered charcoal and white cake with olive leaf detailing sat atop a whitewashed wooden table, and a late-night tray pass of grilled cheese, fries, and cool spa towels kept guests going until the very last dance.
