At Kristin Banta Events, we were honored to design and produce the Kabuki Syndrome Gala 2024, an evening of purpose, beauty, and impact at the iconic Disney Concert Hall. Guests arrived to valet service before ascending to the outdoor garden terrace, where they sipped tray-passed cocktails, enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, and mingled among lush surroundings. A dramatic triple-length bar and modern musical duo set the tone for an elegant evening ahead.
Following cocktail hour, attendees made their way through the AT&T Upper Lobby, descending into BP Hall, where an intimate yet vibrant setting unfolded. Round tables draped in rich linens and adorned with gold-rimmed chargers, emerald napkins, and sculptural tangerine-hued floral centerpieces created a striking visual, complemented by live music and a custom bar. The evening featured a three-course dinner, curated video storytelling, and a live auction, all in support of the Kabuki Syndrome Foundation. As the night concluded, guests sipped after-dinner drinks before departing, leaving with memories of a truly unforgettable experience.
