For the Supernatural app’s company retreat, we were tasked with creating a team-building experience that would spark genuine connections among remote employees of this immersive, virtual reality fitness service for the Meta Quest. The challenge was to design a playful yet luxe environment that encouraged interaction, collaboration, and fun. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant energy of Coachella and the charm of summer camp, we conceptualized an immersive experience filled with whimsical activities. Attendees bonded through interactive culinary stations, playful games, communal seating and lounges, as well as hands-on bracelet and crown-making stations. A community physical fitness activity also brought everyone together in a shared experience. The result was an unforgettable retreat where employees didn’t just listen – they engaged, experienced, and had fun.
