We are so honored to be nominated for Best Wedding at the 2025 Gala Awards!

For the dinner portion of this whimsical wedding, we transformed @redbirdla’s open-air restaurant with overhead greenery to emulate a greenhouse. Long and square tables were accented with an eclectic mix of live plants, vintage books, candles and cloches containing single stemmed flowers and foliage.

Suffice to say, I’m obsessed with @bryce.malcom of @september___studio. Not in a dangerous way, I promise. Just constantly in awe of his creativity featuring unexpected combinations and mixed textures, underutilized specimens and an appreciation for negative space in the sculptural creation of some seriously punk rock shit. Follow this guy if you want to see some really badass work.

It was a tough Thanksgiving, but we remain more grateful than ever for our family, our friends, our community … and the incredible team at USC. Liam experienced some severe complications over the weekend and went into a downward spiral that landed him in the ICU, and left us all reeling. But he somehow managed to fight his way back and is now out of ICU and on track ... with a jammin new haircut and a restored strength in what is possible to overcome. We are still awaiting the results of the bone marrow transplant but are reminded that it’s a marathon not a sprint. Thank you for the continued support for Liam on his journey.

Day Zero: Transplant Day

Yesterday was an emotional day filled with nervousness, gratitude and hope. Liam’s journey of healing, strength and resilience continues. We know this won’t be easy but we are in this together.

To the person in Germany who so selflessly gave my son a second chance at life, words will never express our gratitude.
