Love Is Love

It happened. And it feels really good.

Today is the day that California joined the other 12 states who are leading us towards what will hopefully soon be marriage equality for all. Who wouldn’t want this?!? If someone is willing to take a vow to love another human being for the rest of their days on earth, why in god’s name would someone stand in their way? Today was a tremendous win for all of us here in California and a great step forward, however the fight continues and we will not stop until the remaining 37 states follow suit. Please continue to join me in supporting Marriage Equality.

Love is love…and all love is equally valid and should not just be supported but celebrated.

Yesterday was an emotional day filled with nervousness, gratitude and hope. Liam’s journey of healing, strength and resilience continues. We know this won’t be easy but we are in this together.

To the person in Germany who so selflessly gave my son a second chance at life, words will never express our gratitude.

This baggage has me emotional. Louis Vuitton has sealed its first luxury hotel inside one of its iconic Monogram trunks … and we are obsessed. Located on the Champs-Elysees in Paris, the hotel is set to open in 2026. 👜

Paradise Found 🌴

This Hawaiian-inspired 70th surprise birthday party gave total island vibes! Attendees started at a cocktail hour featuring hula dancers, ukulele players and a thatched bar serving up Mai Tais in tiki cups along with a conch blower signaling a reveal of dinner behind custom bamboo doors. A transformed tennis court popped with tropical tablescapes and mixed textiles, an authentic tiki band and a Hawaiian inspired menu. Later, Haka dancers led guests to a surprise after party showcasing a second band and DJ playing from our 1960’s tiki bar inspired lounge.

This one truly captured the spirit of Aloha. 🌺
