Wedding Day Emergency Kit

Everyone should have an emergency kit handy on the day of an important event. As an event producer, I would not show up without it. However, the emergency kit is not just a necessity for event producers, it is also great thing for a bride/groom to have when preparing for the big day.

Anticipating anything big or small that can go wrong on the day of is key to producing a successful event. After over 20 years of working in the business of weddings and events, I’ve pretty much been through it all in terms of minor or major mishaps … from the bride and groom forgetting their rings, to the mother-of-the-bride falling into a pool to allergic reactions, overtanned bridesmaids, groomsmen in gym socks with their tuxedos … even fires, floods, and hurricanes. Gradually these things have led me having the mindset of “expecting the unexpected.”
