Djata Grant, Senior Coordinator has been an integral part of KB team since 2005 and has produced events and weddings in both the greater Los Angeles and San Francisco areas. In addition to wedding and event coordination, her diverse professional background includes seven years senior Recruitment and Human Resources experience with an Academy Award winning visual effects studio and seven years as Director of Admissions/Administration with a performing arts school.
With a strong commitment to personal, friendly and attentive service, Djata prides herself on resolving challenges with innovative, creative solutions and diplomacy. There are a variety of services we offer our clients. However, we know that each client has a unique vision and we can therefore create an individual package tailored to meet your specific needs and budget, using one or all of the event package models. Full Event Production
With your style and taste in mind, we recommend vendors, accompany you on appointments, review and negotiate contracts and assist in designing the look of the event. We serve as the point person for the entire planning process and do all of the legwork for you. Pricing is individually determined based upon each client's specific needs and the scope of coordination services required.
A cost effective alternative to Full Event Production, offering direction throughout the process in lieu of complete implementation, including Event Day Management services paired with consultation services. Offering vendor referrals, strategizing, advice, design and planning ideas but instead of having us make the arrangements and execute the planning, you would carry out the details with the aid of our guidance and expertise. Pricing is individually determined based upon each client's specific needs and the scope of coordination services required.
Event Month Management
After an initial consultation, we step in around six weeks before your event to do a final walk-through of the event site with you, conduct a final comprehensive interview with you to map out all event timings and activities and contact all your vendors and review each contracts in order to ensure that every detail is in place. We provide both you and the vendors with a detailed event-day timeline for a seamless wedding day. Our staff will manage all activities on the day of the event from start to finish, ensuring that everything is executed to perfection. Pricing is individually determined based upon each client's specific needs and the scope of coordination services required.

$100 per hour - You may simply need someone with whom you can occasionally consult throughout the process, We offer hourly consultations on any aspect of your event planning including etiquette & customs advice, design ideas and budget management.
We have an excellent roster of vendors to accommodate your every need - photographers, florist, bakers, stylists, videographers, dance instructors, caterers, rental houses, DJs, bands, favors, bridal couture, location, invitations, etc. and we can assist you with as much or as little as you require. Our resourceful staff can provide information on everyone from eyebrow shapers to custom guest book designers, from trainers to romantic honeymoon hideaways. Our planning services can include any aspect of the event you desire: the wedding, rehearsal dinner, post wedding-day brunch, even bridal showers.
